You have 2 ways to do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-janasevana-kendram\">Option 1: Reset invoice number &amp; other transactions!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>STEP 1:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;From Left Menu, go to&nbsp;<strong>Utilities<\/strong>, Click on&nbsp;<strong><strong>\u201cClose Financial Year\u201d.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vyaparapp.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/6-990x495.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>STEP 2:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em>Under&nbsp;<strong>\u201cRestart Transaction numbers\u201d<\/strong>, tap on&nbsp;<strong>\u201cChange Prefixes\u201d<\/strong>.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Not finding this option? Update to the latest version of Vyapar App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vyaparapp.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/4-990x495.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>STEP 3:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em><strong>Change Prefixes&nbsp;<\/strong>of your invoices, delivery challan, estimate etc &amp; click on DONE. Your invoice number and other transactions will restart from 1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vyaparapp.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/3-990x495.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>STEP 4:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em>You\u2019re now ready for your NEW Financial Year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"goals-of-janasevana-kendram\">Option 2: Backup all data and start fresh!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>STEP 1:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;From Left Menu, Go to Utilities, Click on \u201c Close Financial Year\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vyaparapp.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/6-990x495.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><strong>STEP 2:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>Under&nbsp;<strong>\u201cBackup all data and start fresh\u201d<\/strong>, choose&nbsp;<strong>31\/03\/2019<\/strong>&nbsp;as closing date, and click on&nbsp;<strong>\u201cStart Fresh\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vyaparapp.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/5-990x495.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vyaparapp.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/2-990x495.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>STEP 3:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em>Vyapar will take a backup and delete your current company\u2019s data. Give your<br>backup&nbsp;file a name and save it on your mobile, desktop, &nbsp;google drive or wherever you want to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vyaparapp.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/1-990x495.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>STEP 4:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em>Vyapar app will restart to start fresh.
