The National SC-ST Hub supports SC/ST entrepreneurs through capacity building, market access, procurement support, credit facilitation and other business development assistance.

 Eligibility Criteria

  • Enterprise must be owned and controlled by SC/ST entrepreneurs – Minimum 51% ownership stake required
  • Must be registered as a Micro or Small Enterprise (MSE)
  • Mandatory Udyam Registration
  • Eligible Business Structures: Sole Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, Private Limited Company
  • Sector Coverage: Manufacturing, Services

 Benefits

  • 25% subsidy on plant & machinery (up to ₹25 lakh)
  • 80% reimbursement on: Loan processing & bank guarantee charges (up to ₹1 lakh), Testing fees (up to ₹1 lakh), Export promotion expenses (up to ₹20,000)
  • Support for government procurement (4% SC/ST target)
  • Assistance for trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Vendor development with CPSEs
  • E-commerce support (80% reimbursement up to ₹25,000)
  • Free training, skill development, and mentoring
  • Support for technology upgradation
  • 100% free SPRS registration
  • 90% reimbursement for training (up to ₹1 lakh)
  • Assistance in tender participation and bidding
  • Access to SC/ST enterprise database

 How to Apply

  • Register on the Udyam (MSME) Portal
  • Enrol under the National SC/ST Hub (NSSH)
  • Prepare required documents: Udyam certificate, Caste certificate, PAN, Bank details
  • Apply under relevant sub-schemes: Capital subsidy, Marketing assistance, SPRS, Reimbursement schemes
  • Application is verified by NSIC
  • Upon approval: Avail subsidies, Claim reimbursements, Access procurement opportunities

Documents Required

  • Basic Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Caste certificate (SC/ST proof), Udyam Registration Certificate, Ownership proof (minimum 51% SC/ST stake), Bank details (including cancelled cheque)
  • Scheme-specific documents (as per sub-scheme applied)
  • Self-attested declarations
  • Prior approval documents (if applicable)
  • Verification documents as required by NSIC
