2nd Loan for Upgradation of Existing PMEGP/MUDRA Units

Prime Minister’s Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME)
Provides 35% credit-linked capital subsidy (capped at ₹10 lakh) for micro food processing units along with branding, marketing, training and infrastructure support.
A Scheme for Promotion of Innovation, Rural Industry & Entrepreneurship (ASPIRE)
Provides grant-based funding for Livelihood Business Incubators (LBI), Technology Business Incubators (TBI), and infrastructure setup focused on innovation and rural entrepreneurship.
Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) Certification Scheme

Lean Manufacturing Competitiveness Scheme (LMCS)
Supports MSMEs in adopting lean manufacturing techniques with up to 80% government support on consultancy cost, helping reduce wastage, cost, and inefficiencies.
Design Clinic Scheme for MSMEs
Provides up to ₹15 lakh per project (60% financial assistance) for design consultancy and product development to help MSMEs improve product quality and competitiveness.
Digital MSME Scheme
Provides financial assistance for cloud computing adoption and digital tools implementation to help MSMEs improve efficiency, data management and decision-making.
Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP)
Provides financial support for Common Facility Centres (CFCs), soft interventions and infrastructure with government contributing up to 70%–90% of project cost.
Market Development Assistance (MDA) Scheme
Provides financial assistance for international exposure, branding, research, anti-dumping support and barcoding to help MSMEs enter and expand in global markets.
International Cooperation Scheme
Funds international exhibitions, business delegations and buyer-seller meets up to 95% of airfare and exhibition space rent — applied through associations/institutions only.
Credit Guarantee Fund for Factoring (CGFF)
Provides up to 90% credit guarantee cover for factoring (receivables financing) transactions, enabling collateral-free invoice financing and improving MSME cash flow.
Coir Udyami Yojana (CUY)
Provides 40% credit-linked subsidy on project cost up to ₹10 lakh, with 55% bank credit and only 5% beneficiary contribution for new coir-based units.
Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Scheme
A World Bank-backed scheme providing financial assistance for market access, technology adoption, and capacity building to enhance MSME competitiveness and scale.
Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme
Provides incentives based on incremental production/sales (4% to 10%) to encourage large-scale manufacturing in identified MSME-relevant sectors.
Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS)

Public Procurement Policy for MSMEs
Mandates minimum 25% procurement by government entities from MSMEs, with special reservation for SC/ST (4%) and Women entrepreneurs (3%), and EMD exemption.
MSME Samadhaan (Delayed Payment Monitoring System)
