MSME Samadhaan (Delayed Payment Monitoring System)
MSME Samadhaan helps Micro and Small Enterprises seek resolution for delayed payments from buyers through the MSE Facilitation Council mechanism under the MSMED Act, 2006.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicable to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) only
- Must have valid Udyam Registration
- Must have supplied goods or Services to a buyer
- Payment delayed beyond 45 days from the date of acceptance, or deemed acceptance

How to Apply
- Apply through: MSME Samadhaan Portal
- File an online application against the buyer
- Submit case to MSEFC of respective State/UT
- The case is reviewed by MSEFC and taken up for dispute resolution
- Resolution process initiated within defined timelines
