In this video, you will learn how to manage your business easily using the Vyapar software on your desktop or laptop. You can handle billing, stock entry, inventory, and accounting in one place.

Step1: Download and Install Vyapar on Your Computer
Download Vyapar for Desktop, install it, and open the app.
Enter your mobile number, verify the OTP, and your business account gets created instantly.

Step2. Add Your Company Information
Go to My Company from the left menu.
Fill in important details like your business name, address, GST number, phone number, and email.
Upload your company logo so it appears on all invoices and reports.

Step3. Create and Manage Your Product List
Open the Items section and add your products with details like name, HSN code, tax rate, unit, MRP, batch/expiry, serial number, and images.
If you have many items, just download the Excel sample, fill it, and upload it to add everything at once.

Step4. Add Customer and Supplier Details
Go to the Parties section.
Add the party name, phone number, address, GST details, and their opening balance.
This helps you track who you need to collect money from and who you need to pay.

Step5. Set Up and Share Your Online Store
Open Online Store from the left menu and switch it ON.
Select the items you want to display and save.
Vyapar creates a store link that you can share on WhatsApp or SMS for customers to view products and place orders.

Step6. Check All Business Reports Easily
Go to the Reports section to view key reports like sales, purchases, stock, GST, day book, P&L, and balance sheet.
All reports update automatically as you add or edit transactions, helping you track your business performance.
