In this video, you will learn how to manage your business easily using the Vyapar software on your desktop or laptop. You can handle billing, stock entry, inventory, and accounting in one place.

Step1: Download and Install Vyapar on Your Computer
Open your web browser and visit the Vyapar website.
Click on Download for Desktop, install the software, and open it.
Enter your mobile number, verify with OTP, and your business account will be created instantly.

Step2. Add Your Company Information
Go to My Company from the left menu.
Fill in important details like your business name, address, GST number, phone number, and email.
Upload your company logo so it appears on all invoices and reports.

Step3. Create and Manage Your Product List
Open the Items section to add your products.
You can enter details such as product name, HSN code, tax rate, unit, MRP, batch number, expiry date, serial number, and even upload product images.
If you have many items, download the Excel sample sheet, fill it, and upload it to add all items at once.

Step4. Add Customer and Supplier Details
Go to the Parties section.
Add the party name, phone number, address, GST details, and their opening balance.
This helps you track who you need to collect money from and who you need to pay.

Step5. Set Up and Share Your Online Store
From the left menu, open Online Store and turn it ON.
Select the items you want to show online and save.
Vyapar will create a link for your store, which you can share with customers through WhatsApp or SMS so they can view your products and place orders.

Step6. Check All Business Reports Easily
Open the Reports section to see all important reports like sales, purchase, stock, GST, day book, profit & loss, and balance sheet.
Every time you add or update transactions, these reports get updated automatically and help you understand your business performance.
