In the My Company section, you can save your company name, slogan, phone, email, and other details. Vyapar also gives you flexible settings to adjust how you run your business. From enabling GST and SMS alerts to customising items, parties, and printing formats, every option can be switched on or off depending on your needs.

Adding Items and Parties

Vyapar makes it easy to add all your products with names, prices, units, and images. For businesses that need batch numbers, expiry dates, or serial tracking, those details can also be added. You can add customers and suppliers in the Parties section with phone, address, GSTIN, and opening balances. Bulk upload through Excel is also possible, saving you time if you have a large catalogue.

Billing and Transactions

Creating invoices in Vyapar takes only a few steps. You can select whether the sale is cash or credit, add the customer, and enter the items with prices, taxes, and discounts. Once saved, invoices can be shared by WhatsApp, Email, or SMS, downloaded as a PDF, or printed in different themes.
