Step 1: Open Settings
Go to the Settings section from the left menu.
This is where you can manage all transaction-related options.

Step 2: Open Transaction Settings
Inside Settings, click Transaction Settings and scroll down.
Here you will find the Transportation Details option.

Step 3: Enable Transportation Fields
Click the Transportation Details option.
A window will appear with 6 editable fields.
Turn ON the fields you need and rename them based on your requirement—like Transport Name, Vehicle Number, Delivery Date, etc.

Step 4: Save the Settings
After selecting the fields and entering custom names, click Done.
These fields will now appear in all inventory-related transactions.

Step 5: Enter Transportation Details in Transactions
When creating a sale, purchase, or any stock-impacting transaction, you’ll now see the transportation section on the left.
Fill in the details like vehicle number, transport name, delivery date, and delivery location.

Step 6: Save and View Transport Information
Save the transaction.
The transportation details will be visible on the invoice, helping you keep a clear record of which transporter handled the goods.

With transportation details enabled, every invoice carries accurate shipping information, making delivery tracking easier and more organised.
