How to do Offline Billing in Vyapar App – Video

Vyapar App is an offline-first billing software, allowing you to create invoices even without an internet connection. If you have enabled the Sync & Share feature to access your data across multiple devices, you’ll need to disable it before using offline billing.

Step 1: Disable Sync & Share
Open Vyapar Billing Software and go to Sync, Share & Backup from the left menu. Select Sync & Share, tap the three-dot menu, and choose Disable Sync. Confirm your choice to turn off synchronisation.

Step 2: Disconnect the Internet
Once Sync & Share is disabled, disconnect your internet connection. Your Vyapar App is now ready to work completely offline.

Step 3: Create a New Sale
Go to Add Sale, select or add your customer, and choose the items you want to bill. Enter the required details just as you would while online.

Step 4: Save the Invoice
After verifying the details, tap Save. The invoice is generated instantly, even without an internet connection.

Step 5: Continue Billing Without Internet
You can continue creating invoices, recording sales, and managing billing while your device remains offline. Your billing process is not interrupted by internet issues.

Step 6: Access Your Offline Invoice
The generated tax invoice is saved within the app and is available for future reference. Once you’re back online and enable syncing again (if required), you can continue sharing data across your connected devices.

With Vyapar billing software, you don’t have to depend on an internet connection to keep your business running. By simply disabling Sync & Share, you can continue generating bills offline without interrupting your daily billing operations.
