To restore a backup, the file must be saved on your device or laptop. If it is stored on Google Drive, open Google Drive and search “.vyb” in the search bar. Download the required backup file to your system.

Check where the file is saved, like the Downloads folder. Then open the Vyapar app, go to the left menu, and click on Backup & Restore. Select the Restore Backup option.

A window will open where you need to choose the backup file from its saved location. Select the file and click on Select. Your backup will be restored and ready to use.

You can rename the company from the top Company section to avoid confusion. The previously opened company will remain in the company list.

You can switch between companies anytime by clicking on Change Company in the Company section. This makes it easy to restore and manage your backup whenever required.
