Vyapar helps keep your business data safe with a strong backup system. Just like we use an inverter or power bank in emergencies, business data also needs protection.

Vyapar is an offline application, so your data is stored only on your device. It stays completely in your control and is not shared without your permission.

But if your device gets lost, damaged, or stops working, your data can be at risk. That is why Vyapar provides an Auto Backup feature.

To enable it, go to the left menu, open Settings, and select Auto Backup under General Settings. Then log in using your personal Gmail ID.

After logging in, your data will automatically save to your Google Drive. You need an active internet connection, and you can choose how often the backup should run.

The backup files are saved in a “Vyapar” folder in your Google Drive, and you can restore them anytime. This way, your business data stays safe and secure.
