Step 1: Enable Batch and MRP Settings
Go to Settings → Item Section and enable batch tracking, MRP, and required fields like brand, colour, or size.

Step 2: Open the Import Items Option

From the Home screen, go to Utility → Import Items and choose upload via Excel.

Step 3: Download and Understand the Sample Excel
Download the sample file and check the item and batch detail tabs.
Do not change column headers.

Step 4: Add Item Details
Enter item name and basic details.
Leave fields empty if they are not required.

Step 5: Add Batch Details
Use the same item name to add multiple MRP, brand, colour, size, and stock quantity details.

Step 6: Upload and Verify Items
Upload the file, fix errors if shown, and import valid items.
Edit details later if required.

Importing items through Excel makes item and batch management faster and more organised.
