This video explains how the “Return on Delivery Challan” option works in Vyapar. It helps you remove returned items and convert a delivery challan into a sales invoice quickly and accurately.

Step1. Open Settings
Go to the left menu → open Settings → General Settings.

Step2. Enable “Return on Delivery Challan”
Turn ON this option under the Delivery Challan settings.

Step3. Open Delivery Challan List
From the Sales section, open the Delivery Challan to see all your challans.

Step4. Choose a Challan to Convert
Select an open challan and click Convert to Sale.

Step5. Enter Returned Quantities
A window will appear. Enter the quantity returned for those items the customer did not accept.

Step6. Save the Sales Invoice
Click OK → the sales form opens with only accepted items → check details → save the invoice.

Using the Return on Delivery Challan option makes your billing cleaner and faster. Returned items are handled easily, and your final sales invoice stays accurate without extra manual work.
