This tutorial will show you how to use the Bulk Item Update feature in Vyapar Desktop to edit multiple products at once.

Editing items one by one can take a lot of time.
With Bulk Item Update, you can change details like prices, GST, or tax values for many items together.
This makes managing your business faster and easier.

Step 1: Open Vyapar on the Desktop
This feature is available only in the Vyapar Desktop version.
If you are using only a mobile, download the desktop version to access this option.

Step 2: Go to Bulk Item Update
From the menu, select Utilities.
From utilities, select Item Update in Bulk.
A list of all your products will appear with their details.

Step 3: Select the Fields to Update
Choose the fields you want to change (for example: Prices, GST, Tax).
You can filter the item list to update only specific items.

Step 4: Make the Changes
Enter the new details in the selected columns.
At the bottom, you will see a summary of how many changes were made.

Step 5: Save the Updates
Click the Save button.
A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to save the changes.
Select Yes to confirm, or Cancel if you don’t want to apply the updates.

Step 6: Bulk Updates Anytime
Once saved, your items will be updated.
You can repeat this process anytime to edit multiple items together.
