This guide explains how to use the Vyapar app on multiple devices and counters by enabling the synchronisation and sharing feature.

Step 1: Open Sync & Share Settings
Open the Vyapar app and go to “Sync, Share & Backup” from the left-side menu. Then click on the “Sync & Share” option to start the setup process.

Step 2: Log in with your registered account
Enter the phone number or email ID used while purchasing the Vyapar license. Verify it using the OTP received on your device.

Step 3: Add a New User
After logging in, click on “Add Users” and enter the user’s details, such as name and phone number, to share company access.

Step 4: Select User Role & Permissions
Choose a role for the user, such as Salesman, Biller, Accountant, Stock Keeper, or Secondary Admin. Access permissions will be assigned according to the selected role.

Step 5: Log in to the second device
Install the Vyapar app on the second device and log in using the same number that was added as the shared user.

Step 6: Open Shared Company
After OTP verification, the shared company will appear on the screen. Click “Open” to access the same company data from the second device.

Using sync and share in Vyapar helps multiple users work on the same company data from different devices with role-based access control.
