How to Create an Online Store in Vyapar App – Video

Vyapar’s Online Store feature lets you create a free online store for your business without building a separate website. You can add products, share your store with customers, receive orders, convert them into sales, and track your store’s performance from one place.

Step 1: Create and Set Up Your Online Store
Open Vyapar app → go to Grow Your Business → select Online Store → click Create Online Store. Once created, open Edit Store Info and add your business name, description, address, contact details, email, GSTIN, and store logo. You can also update settings like minimum order value and delivery charges.

Step 2: Add and Manage Your Products
Go to Manage Items to view the products already added to your Vyapar inventory. Select an item and click Edit to update its name, image, price, stock availability, description, and category. You can add up to five images for each product.

Step 3: Choose Products to Show Online
Click the three-dot menu → Edit Item List. Select the products you want customers to see on your online store and save the changes. Only the selected products will be visible to customers.

Step 4: Share Your Online Store
Go back to the Online Store dashboard and click Share Online Store. Your store link will be generated along with a customizable message. You can share the link with customers through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or by copying the link.

Step 5: Receive and Manage Customer Orders
When a customer opens your store link, they can browse products, add items to the cart, enter their delivery address, and place an order. You will receive a notification when an order is placed. Go to the Orders section to view open and total orders. You can then convert an order into a sale and generate a tax invoice. Once the order is delivered, you can mark it as delivered.

Step 6: Track Your Online Store Reports
Go to Store Reports from the Online Store dashboard. Select the required date range to check your store’s performance. You can track important details such as sales, orders, and other store reports from one place.
