In this video, we’ll show you how to create a Delivery Challan in the Vyapar App.
Before we start creating one, let’s understand a few important settings related to Delivery Challans inside Vyapar.

Step 1: Enable Delivery Challan in Settings
Open the Vyapar Desktop App and go to the Settings section from the left menu.
Under General Settings, you’ll find the option for Delivery Challan.
Turn this ON to make the Delivery Challan visible inside your Transactions tab.
You can also click on the info icon beside it to read more details about how it works.

Step 2: Understand Related Settings
After enabling Delivery Challan, you’ll see two options:
Enable Return on Delivery Challan – Turn ON if goods might be returned.
Print Amount on Delivery Challan – Keep OFF to hide prices on the challan.
(In this video, we’re keeping it OFF to avoid showing prices.)

Step 3: Add Additional Fields (Optional)
For extra details like charges or transport info, go to Transaction Settings and enable:
Additional Fields
Additional Charges
Transportation Details
Also, ensure Shipping Address is ON under Party Settings.

Step 4: Create a New Delivery Challan
From the Home Page, click Create (+) → Delivery Challan (or press Ctrl + D).
Add: Party Name, Shipping Address, Challan No., Date, and any extra details.

Step 5: Fill in Item Details
Add items, quantity, and transport details.
Prices will appear on-screen but won’t print if that option is OFF.
Double-check everything before saving.

Step 6: Save, Print, or Share the Challan
Once done, you can:
Print directly,
Save as PDF, or
Share via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Quick, easy, and professional — your delivery challan is ready!

With these simple steps, you can create professional delivery challans, manage returns, and even add transportation details seamlessly.
