In this video, we’ll show you how to create a Delivery Challan in the Vyapar App.
Before we start creating one, let’s understand a few important settings related to Delivery Challans inside Vyapar.

Step 1: Enable Delivery Challan in Settings
Open the Vyapar Desktop App and go to Settings.
In General Settings, turn Delivery Challan ON to show it in the Transactions tab.
Tap the info icon for more details.

Step 2: Understand Related Settings
After enabling Delivery Challan, you’ll see two options:
Return on Delivery Challan: Turn ON if items may come back.
Print Amount: Keep OFF if you don’t want prices to show.
(In this video, we’re keeping it OFF.)

Step 3: Add Additional Fields (Optional)
For extra details like charges or transport info, go to Transaction Settings and turn on Additional Fields, Additional Charges, and Transportation Details. Also, make sure the Shipping Address is enabled under Party Settings..

Step 4: Create a New Delivery Challan
From the Home Page, click Create (+) → Delivery Challan (or press Ctrl + D).
Add: Party Name, Shipping Address, Challan No., Date, and any extra details.

Step 5: Fill in Item Details
Add items, quantity, and transport details.
Prices will appear on-screen but won’t print if that option is OFF.
Double-check everything before saving.

Step 6: Save, Print, or Share the Challan
Once done, you can:
Print directly, Save as PDF, or Share via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Quick, easy, and professional — your delivery challan is ready!

With these simple steps, you can create professional delivery challans, manage returns, and even add transportation details seamlessly.
