How to Create Smart Ads in Vyapar App – Video

Vyapar’s Smart Ads feature helps you create and run targeted ads to reach new customers. You can choose your ad package, audience, location, budget, and schedule, then connect your Facebook Page and WhatsApp Business number to manage your campaign.

Step 1: Check Smart Ads Requirements
Before getting started, make sure you are using Vyapar app on a Windows system or Android device. You also need an active Facebook Page and a verified WhatsApp Business number to receive leads.

Step 2: Create Your Smart Ad Campaign
Open Vyapar app → go to Grow Your Business → select Smart Ads → click Create My First Ad. Choose a package such as Starter, Growth, or Pro based on your business needs. Then upload your ad image or choose a template. A 1080 × 1080 px image is recommended.

Step 3: Set Your Target Audience
Select your target audience by choosing gender, age range, location, and relevant business keywords. You can target all of India or select specific cities or areas. You can also choose multiple locations and set the days and time when you want your ad to run.

Step 4: Make the Payment and Connect Facebook
After setting up your campaign, proceed to the payment page and pay using UPI, card, net banking, or wallet. After payment, go to Integrations and connect your Facebook Page. Log in to Facebook, select the required page, and confirm the connection.

Step 5: Connect WhatsApp and Publish Your Ad
Connect your verified WhatsApp Business number by entering the number and clicking Link Number. Once Facebook and WhatsApp are connected, your campaign will appear on the Smart Ads dashboard. Initially, the ad will show Ready to Publish. After approval from the Smart Ads team, its status will change to Running.

Step 6: Track and Extend Your Campaign
Open the campaign details to check your ad performance. You can view impressions, clicks, spending, and WhatsApp results for Facebook and Instagram. You can also check performance by gender and age group. If you want to continue the campaign, use the Extend Ad option from the dashboard.
