Go to left menu > Click on WhatsApp Greetings
(Allows you to Share greetings to your customers with a customized message on WhatsApp)

How to Use it?
1.) On the screen, you can scroll the screen to the left to select the greeting from the list
2.) Click on the Edit button or company name or logo (if you want to do changes in it)
(You do not need to add a logo and company name if you already added the logo in your company details.)
3.) Click on “Done” button
4.) Click on Edit button or Message box (if you want to do changes in it) > Click on the “Done” button
5.) Click on “Save” button
6.) Click on “Share” button
7.) Select the customer and send the message
